Highlighting Seeds of Hope projects

La Via Sana, a nonprofit organization based in Texas, is dedicated to making a positive impact on the community by providing essential services such as food, housing, immigration support, and mental health and wellness services through partnerships with other larger nonprofits like Feeding America, Central Texas Food Bank, World Central Kitchen, Austin Blessings Coop, and others. Through donations to other nonprofits, assisting individuals with basic needs, and funding projects that align with their core values, La Via Sana strives to nurture, care and give to those in need.

Together with the help of Lucia Davila in Cartagena, Colombia, La Via Sana is able to celebrate the power of change and transformation in the community. This partnership serves as a vehicle for a poor community in La Boquilla and Bella Vista to share their personal stories of resilience, perseverance, and hope for a triumph over adversity. La Via Sana has helped with a Community Kitchen and is now seeking to create a Community Center or Park to benefit the many children that call La Boquilla and Bella Vista home.

La Via Sana hopes to inspire others to take action and create a brighter future for all. As La Via Sana continues its mission to support those in need and promote positive change, the "Seeds of Hope" project stands as a shining example of the organization's dedication to fostering a culture of hope, resilience, and empowerment. Through storytelling in our newsletters, La Via Sana is sharing the seeds of change that will continue to blossom and flourish for years to come.
